Fault Diagnosis

This section helps users diagnose alarms and abnormal machine behavior during production.

When a fault occurs, first record the alarm code, machine status, current process step, mold number, material, and recent parameter changes. Then check the corresponding fault description and follow the recommended troubleshooting steps.

Common fault categories include hydraulic pressure faults, servo drive faults, heating faults, sensor signal faults, mold protection faults, communication faults, and safety circuit faults.
