High-Speed Injection Hydraulics

An optimized hydraulic control system significantly increases injection speed, making it easier to produce thin-wall parts and shortening molding cycle time.

Low-Friction Carriage Design

The injection carriage adopts a linear-guide design that minimizes friction on moving parts during operation, shortens injection acceleration time, and improves injection responsiveness.

Bi-Directional Injection Piston Rod

A dedicated bi-directional injection piston rod design provides balanced loading and extends the service life of the injection oil seal. It also greatly reduces oil return during high-speed injection, lowering return-flow resistance and making injection more stable.

Nano Far-Infrared Barrel Heating

Standard nano far-infrared heating bands on the screw and barrel are easy to install and remove, provide better insulation and energy savings, and further improve plasticizing quality.

High-Strength Platen & Reinforced Tie Bars

High-strength clamping platens are FEA-optimized for an improved overall mechanical structure, lower stress, and higher platen rigidity—particularly suited to thin-wall products. Tie bars use alloy steel with an enlarged design to extend service life under sustained high-speed operation.

Increased-Power Hydraulic Unit

An upgraded hydraulic control system with greater power increases the speed of every action and improves production efficiency. A standard high-precision proportional valve significantly improves mold-opening repeat positioning accuracy, while a dedicated high-speed plasticizing motor ensures long service life.

Dedicated High-Speed Controller & Imported Components

The electric unit uses an Italian INOVA dedicated high-speed controller paired with a 10-inch color display for high precision and high response. Contactors, limit switches, and other key electrical components are imported brands such as Schneider and Omron for reliable performance.
