This section consolidates technical references for the full HWAMDA injection-molding-machine line, organized by series positioning, typical applications, and key parameters. Use it to quickly compare clamping force, shot volume, platen size, and power configuration, and to confirm whether a model matches your part weight, material, cycle time, and precision requirements.
Each series page lists every model with full parameter tables. The directory below groups the lineup into five categories: horizontal three-platen servo, horizontal high-speed precision, two-platen large-tonnage, dedicated-process platforms, and all-electric.
Horizontal Three-Platen · Servo Energy-Saving
General-purpose injection platforms covering everything from small precision parts to large thick-wall structural components, paired with servo energy-saving hydraulics that balance response and energy use.
- M7-S Series — Smart energy-saving injection molding machines, 1300–10000 kN. 10.4-inch touchscreen with 1,000-mold parameter storage and ten in-house smart-control functions; MES interface as standard across the series.
- M8-II-P Series — High-speed precision upgrade platform, 1300–3700 kN. Flexible A/B/C/D screw options paired with an Italian INOVA high-speed controller and a low-inertia injection system.
- M8-SII Series — Full tonnage coverage from 900 to 33,000 kN, positioned around “superior parameters, longer lifespan, faster speed, higher precision, and better safety,” suited to continuous mass production across multiple product types.
- M9-S Series — High-rigidity precision platform, 1080–3700 kN. New clamping mechanism + asymmetric injection unit + closed-loop permanent-magnet servo pump deliver 10%–15% higher injection performance over the M8 series.
Horizontal High-Speed Precision Platforms
High-cycle mass-production platforms for high-speed, thin-wall, packaging, and multi-component products.
- SP6 Series — High-speed injection platform, 2700–6500 kN. Dual-cylinder balanced injection base + high-rigidity clamping structure, with a 15-inch HD touchscreen and fully digital closed-loop control for stable high-speed, high-pressure production.
- EVII Series — High-speed precision platform spanning EV090II–EV268II. Industrial dark-theme UI and unified parameter cards, well suited to high-speed mass production of precision appearance and functional parts.
Two-Platen Large-Tonnage Platforms
European pure two-platen architecture shortens overall machine length while providing greater tie-bar clearance, mold-opening stroke, and ejector stroke — built for large and extra-large industrial products.
- DUII Series — Gen-2 two-platen platform, 6500–40000 kN. Non-contact tie bars + independent tie-bar position adjustment + mechanically synchronized brake mechanism deliver stable high-pressure clamping; the imported KEBA controller provides precise control on high-tonnage machines.
Dedicated-Process Platforms
Models deeply optimized for specific product forms.
- FCII Crate-Dedicated Series — 3200–7000 kN. Reinforced platen and tie bars with a standard crate-dedicated bimetallic screw and barrel and nano far-infrared heating bands — purpose-built for fruit crates, turnover baskets, and large crate-type packaging products.
- DP Two-Color Series — Rotary-table two-color injection molding machines with a 180° servo rotary table and two independent injection units firing in sync for one-shot two-color molding, paired with a KEBA two-color dedicated controller.
- DM Hybrid Two-Color Series — DM2 two-color and DM3 three-color one-shot molding platforms, 1700–2680 kN. A dual linear-guide injection unit fires synchronously or in intervals to achieve different inner/outer materials and gradient effects, and remains versatile for single-color production.
- SCT Cable Tie Series — High-speed single-cylinder injection platform, 3880–9080 kN. A nylon cable-tie dedicated bimetallic screw and barrel + reinforced platen + INOVA high-speed controller, purpose-built for high-yield mass production of nylon cable ties.
All-Electric Platforms
Suited to applications requiring precision, thin walls, cleanliness, and high energy efficiency.
- EM All-Electric Series — 1000–3700 kN. Customized all-electric permanent-magnet sync servo motor + modular common-DC-bus drive + EATHERCAT bus deliver injection speeds up to 350 mm/s with dynamic response under 40 ms, ideal for ultra-thin precision parts.
