European pure two-platen clamping design with non-contact tie bars, combined with independent tie-bar position adjustment and a mechanically synchronized brake mechanism, ensures reliable brake engagement and release and stable high-pressure clamping operation.

More Compact Overall Layout

Compared with conventional toggle machines, the parameter design delivers a smaller overall machine footprint together with greater tie-bar clearance, longer mold-opening stroke, and longer ejector stroke—well suited to deep-cavity and oversized molds.

Stable Floor-Standing Injection Unit

One-piece floor-standing injection unit design with a dual-cylinder nozzle-movement structure delivers stable injection performance and maintains injection accuracy under sustained heavy-duty operation.

Closed-Loop PM Servo Pump Hydraulics
