High-Rigidity Clamping & Tie Bars

High-Speed Injection System

A high-speed dedicated injection system reduces injection pressure and improves yield. The high-precision low-inertia single-cylinder injection unit greatly improves injection start-up response, well suited to nylon cable-tie products.

Nylon-Dedicated Bimetallic Screw and Barrel

A nylon cable-tie dedicated bimetallic screw and barrel offer fast feeding, excellent plasticizing performance, and longer service life. Standard far-infrared high-power heating delivers fast heat-up and good energy efficiency.

Servo Hydraulics · Energy-Saving and Efficient

High-speed dedicated oil motors deliver low pressure loss and long service life. A permanent-magnet sync servo motor with a dedicated driver provides fully digital closed-loop control, with precise pressure and flow and fast response.
