Mixed-Motor Debug Parameters (ES680N + ES750N)

Source: 混电机型驱动器调试参数-ES750N&ES680N.html

Scope

This page applies to injection-molding machines that use both the ES680N (injection axis) and the ES750N drive. The ES680N uses the H-series parameters and the ES750N uses the F-series; the two parameter schemes are completely different. The table below pairs equivalent parameters across the two drives in each commissioning step to make field joint-commissioning easier.

⚠️

In the table, “680N drive” and “750N drive” refer respectively to the injection axis and the clamp/ejector axis. “No change” means the drive uses the factory default in that step. Parameters without the “No change” note apply to both axes.

ECAT servo-control-mode note: in mixed-motor setups, set A5-08=1 on the 750N’s axis 002 to enable ECAT servo control. If only one axis needs EtherCAT control, change that axis only.

🚫

After all parameter changes, save each drive and power-cycle both drives so the parameters take effect.
