Mixed-Motor Debug Parameters (ES680N + ES750N)
Source: 混电机型驱动器调试参数-ES750N&ES680N.html
Scope
This page applies to injection-molding machines that use both the ES680N (injection axis) and the ES750N drive. The ES680N uses the H-series parameters and the ES750N uses the F-series; the two parameter schemes are completely different. The table below pairs equivalent parameters across the two drives in each commissioning step to make field joint-commissioning easier.
In the table, “680N drive” and “750N drive” refer respectively to the injection axis and the clamp/ejector axis. “No change” means the drive uses the factory default in that step. Parameters without the “No change” note apply to both axes.
Debug parameter mapping
| Step | 680N drive (injection) | 750N drive | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Parameter reset | H02-31=1 | FP-01=1 | Restore factory settings |
| Communication | No change | F0-02=3, F0-03=9 | 750N switches to communication command |
| Acc/dec time | No change | F0-17=0, F0-18=0 | Set 750N acc/dec times to 0 |
| Runaway alarm mode | No change | F9-96=2 | Set 750N runaway alarm mode to 2 |
| Encoder multi-turn overflow mask | No change | F8-46=1 | Enable 750N mask |
| Regenerative-power limit percent | H07-25=0 | No change | Set 680N regenerative-power limit to 0 |
| Motor rotation direction | H02-02 (per actual) | F0-09 (per actual) | Set per actual motor direction |
| ECAT servo control mode | No change | A5-08=1 (axis 002 only) | Change only the 002 axis on the 750N |
| Absolute-system selection | H02-01=1 | No change | 680N absolute-system selection |
| Encoder-related fault enable | No change | F8-67=H.0000 | Set when alarm 77.2 or 77.3 occurs |
ECAT servo-control-mode note: in mixed-motor setups, set A5-08=1 on the 750N’s axis 002 to enable ECAT servo control. If only one axis needs EtherCAT control, change that axis only.
After all parameter changes, save each drive and power-cycle both drives so the parameters take effect.
