Convenient Mold Adjustment & Mounting

Standard T-slots make mold installation and removal easy; a hydraulic-motor-driven automatic mold-adjustment device is stable, fast, and efficient, saving mold-mounting time.

Stable Dual-Cylinder Injection System

A dual-cylinder injection system paired with diagonally arranged dual carriage cylinders ensures smooth injection movement. Linear-guide design lowers and evenly distributes resistance during injection and charging, making injection movement and charge back-pressure more responsive and improving injection precision.

Reinforced Screw and Barrel Assembly

Optimized screw-and-barrel assembly delivers stronger plasticizing capability and better plasticizing performance to meet a wide range of special product needs. Key components such as the injection piston rod, injection driving platen, and coupler are reinforced, greatly reducing the probability of piston-rod fracture.

Permanent-Magnet Sync Servo Hydraulics

Permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor and dedicated servo driver with full digital closed-loop control deliver high efficiency, fast response, and precise pressure control, with greater stability at low flow. The increased motor power design makes the machine faster, shortening production cycle time and improving productivity.

Safe and Reliable Electric Unit

Standard with safety relay and safety hydraulic valve; metal cover protection is designed to GB2530 national safety standards, with thermal master switch protection and five-hole socket protection added to improve overall machine safety. Key components are imported brands such as Schneider, ABB, and OMRON. Equipped with a high-end injection-machine controller, large color LCD display, clear visualization, and a friendly operator interface.
