HMD DP160 is a two-color injection molding machine with a 180° servo reciprocating rotary table mounted on the moving platen, holding two molds for one-shot two-color molding. Two independent injection units fire simultaneously. The single-cylinder injection mechanism, integrated injection-unit support, and precision dual linear guides deliver fast injection start-up and accurate positioning.

A servo motor drives the rotary table for shorter rotation time and more precise positioning. Platens do not contact during rotation, reducing wear, and precise position confirmation before clamping protects the mold.
Two Independent Injection Units, Synchronized Firing
Two independent injection units fire in sync for one-shot two-color molding, greatly shortening cycle time. The single-cylinder injection mechanism delivers higher injection accuracy.
High-Rigidity Clamping & European Ejection
Newly designed clamping mechanism with improved overall mechanical strength and rigidity, low deformation and internal stress, and good fatigue resistance. The European-style ejection structure is easy to maintain, and tie-bar bushings use self-lubricating graphite copper bushings for fast and precise mold opening and closing.
KEBA Two-Color Control System
High-performance KEBA two-color dedicated computer controller with a large color display. Barrel PID temperature control achieves very low error, with three-color signal lights and a buzzer as standard.
