Factory Floor Requirements
Proper site preparation ensures safe installation, adequate access for maintenance, and stable machine operation.
Space Requirements

Always verify floor load capacity with a structural engineer before installation. Insufficient floor strength can cause foundation settlement, machine misalignment, and safety hazards.

Foundation Preparation
For machines larger than 5000 kN or where the floor loading is marginal, a dedicated foundation pit is recommended.

Utilities Checklist

| Main power | Run cable from main distribution panel. Install dedicated circuit breaker per machine. |
| Grounding | Install grounding rod (resistance ≤ 4Ω). Run ground cable to machine location. |
| Cooling water | Run supply and return pipes with shut-off valves. Install pressure gauge and flow meter. |
| Compressed air (if required) | Run air line with pressure regulator, filter, and shut-off valve. |
| Drainage | Provide floor drain or collection pit for hydraulic oil containment. |
| Network / IoT | Run Ethernet cable for Hwamda Connect IoT module (optional). |
It is strongly recommended to install a dedicated transformer and power distribution panel for injection molding machines to isolate them from other factory loads and reduce electrical noise.
