Computer Control System

15-inch ultra-large HD TFT touchscreen with Chinese mold search and storage for 1,000 mold parameter sets, with parameters visualized graphically. High-precision digital communication boosts motion-control frequency by 5×, keeps full-load speed fluctuation below ±5 rpm, and improves pressure stability by about 15%, ensuring stable pressure, speed, and position control under high-speed, high-pressure conditions.

Digitalized MES Interface

MES interface as standard across the series, supporting OPC-UA, MQTT, and MODBUS protocols and common interfaces including RS-485, USB, CANOPEN, and EtherCAT—enabling digitalization and smart manufacturing on the customer's shop floor.

Efficient Injection Unit

Dual-cylinder balanced injection base with low-resistance injection cylinders and a high-grade control system delivers reliable positioning accuracy together with high speed and high response. The plasticizing system is optimized for the packaging industry with a dedicated high-plasticizing-capacity screw, ensuring melt quality and throughput.

High-Rigidity Clamping Structure
